I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They informed me in advance about the parking situation and even met me at the residence to save me from walking down to the reception and back up. The location was perfect, right in the middle between the parking lot and the bustling center of town. The hotel staff even went out of their way to book a sunset cruise for me when the website wasn't working. Plus, having air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the hot weather. The room itself exceeded my expectations, with a spacious and pristine bathroom and a comfortable and clean bed. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel staff helped me with my luggage, as Manarola can be quite hilly. If I ever come back to this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
